Oceanside’s 2nd World Rhythm & Dance Festival is happening at the Oceanside Library Courtyard and Civic Center Plaza on Saturday May 16, 2026 (10:00am-5:00pm). Find us at the heart of the city’s cultural district celebrating global culture with live music, free community dance and rhythm workshops, world artisan and wellness market with the best vendors in town, and world dance performances.
THE ENTIRE FESTIVAL IS FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
